Brewed with Devon lager masters Utopian Brewing, who try and use 100% UK ingredients as much as possible. This has led us to a modern take on a classic style showcasing a blend of UK and US hop varieties bred to display classic noble hop characteristics but with the regional variations you'd expect. This leads to a crisp, golden lager with prominent lemon balm and zest notes, some grassiness, red berry and wild flower.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a thick white head; yeasty aroma; smooth grainy taste with a bitter edge; and some tasty red fruit in the finish. Refreshing and unexpected.

330ml can via Beer52; poured into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass at home on 6th October 2025. Clean and clear golden body, short lived white head. Floral nose and initial taste, light citrus leanings, but all a bit of a mess to my thinking. If 'modern' Pilsners are like this I will stick with the old ones!

330ml can from Beer52. Pours a misted gold with decent white top, good retention. Aroma and flavour is clean with some fruity berry and citrus and a notable bitter grassiness. Medium bodied, lively if fine carbonation. Good.
