4/VIII/19 - 33cl can from Tesco's, shared @ the ferry ride home, BB: 6/VI/20 - (2019-1152)
Clear orange beer, big creamy dense off-white head, stable, adhesive. Aroma: tropical fruits, some citrus, pretty malty, some caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and malty start, caramel, sugary, bit oxidized, soft bitterness, bit piny. Aftertaste: some citrus, honey, oxidized, some ripe sweet tropical fruits, mango, pretty bitter, hoppy, bit resinous, alcohol. Weird, was this canned XI/18 or V/19? Tastes pretty oxidized for that matter.

330ml bottle. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light caramel, light resin hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a crisp, caramel malt, sweet toffee, resin, light pepper spice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Really rather enjoyed this. Most unexpected.

19 March 2019. At Makars Gourmet Mash Bar, Edinburgh. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours clear dark golden with a lasting, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of yellow grapefruit, pine resin, mango flesh, mandarin peel, pear, apple peel, spring onion. Taste is light fruity sweet, mandarin, mango & yellow apple mixing well; medium hoppy bitter then, at best, notes of grapefruit peel, pine, 'spicy' spring onion, bitter mango, faint sourish edge. Dry, piney hoppy finish, bit resinous, floral dank onion, grapefruit, sweet mandarin. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Quite smooth for something called Radical. Okay.

Creamy light tan coloured head stayed on a clear copper coloured still body. Tropical fruits, Haribos & melon aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the palate sharp carbonated back. Zesty tastes of bubble gum, peach, melon & hops with a punchy pithy finish.
