Radical Road is a hop-forward West Coast IPA, medium-bodied and packed with classic American hop character. Expect waves of bittersweet orange, tangy grapefruit, and resinous pine, all carried by a crisp bitterness and a satisfyingly dry finish.

Brewed with a punchy blend of Simcoe, Cascade, Columbus, and Centennial hops, this multi-award-winning IPA delivers everything you want from a true West Coast-style IPA, bright, bold, and refreshingly bitter.

Hazy orange colour with creamy head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of floral citrus flowers. Aftertaste has sweet malt slightly caramelised.

small foam on top and a copper orange body with decent carbonation. Smells of grapefruit and lemon zest, intense and nearing syrupy. Flavour is good sharp bread and hoppiness but not overbearing, in fact well balanced. Dry finish. Quite nice, well balanced when it could almost fly out of control.

Bottle from Sainsbury's, Bedford. A pleasant surprise to see it there! It pours light golden, mostly clear, and a bit thin-looking. Some visible carbonation and shallow shapes of white head. Piney and resinous aroma with melon, caramel and a touch of rubbing alcohol. Bittersweet taste, slightly harsh. More melon and some pineapple in the drying finish and aftertaste. Heavily carbonated. A decent IPA if far from issue-free.

500 ml bottle, from Aberdeen Country Fair. ABV is 6.4%, 50 IBU. Deep golden to amber colour, moderate head. Strong aroma of caramelized orange marmalade and piney hops. The flavour has some sweetness, but not too much. Notes of "dusty" malts and some caramel, followed by piney and grapefruity hops, medium bitter finish.

Can purchased from Honest Brew. A dark golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, orange, pine aroma. Taste is similar, hoppy, orange, pine, definite marmalade background to this. Tasty, easy drinking IPA.
