In the Light is a crisp and fresh pale with a lean malt bill showing off Citra that has been blended with a new addition to the UK, Elani hops. The tropical notes of Citra play with the pineapple and guava of Elani whilst showing an underlying characteristic of white peach and orange zest. Brewed with Wildfarmed regenerative malt.

Sample courtesy of Fergus, cheers! Gluten Free. Golden colour, white foamy head and aroma of tropical fruit, zesty citrus, hops. Taste is malt, grainy, with tropical fruity notes, some lemon-lime citrus, and hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can at home picked up from Hotm. A clear bright golden yellow coloured pour with a decent frothy white that fades. Aroma is green hops, lime, fennel, buttery grains, vanilla, leafy hedgerow hops. Flavour is composed of cakey malts, sponge, vanilla, lime, leafy hedgerow hop. Slight odd hop. Palate is super crisp and light, some mineral bite, little thin. oily.
