The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup.

For August we wanted to send Riwaka on a journey with NZ Cascade. Let the Concord grape notes of the Cascade play with the tropical red berry and kumquat we get from our riwaka. The results are killer!

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with tropical/mango notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with good drinkability.

Op tap bij Borefts '25. Troebel goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Enorm hoppig, dank, wiet, netels, hint van zwavel, ui, smaak is meer citrus gericht, steenvruchten, fris, hoppig. Medium body. Erg lekker.
