Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma destinata a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare cristallino, con carbonazione bassa. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona e lunga. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, frutta secca, erba, agrumi e arancia.

Bottle at home. Aroma of sweet grainy malt, light yeast, a hint of fruitiness. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a light bitterness in the finish. Also a bit dry. Body is medium. I like my Tripel more yeasty and complex.

Degustation at the source. Slightly hazy yellow color. Straw aroma. Taste is sweet lemon and straw. OK.

F: thin, white, quick disappear. C: deep gold to amber, clear. A: malt, peach, mint tea, caramel, apricot, fresh cut herbs. T: malt, light peach, apricot, herbal, nettle, hint of banana, medium body for 9% is interesting, medium carbonation, easy drinkable and good balanced, worth to try, 0,33l bottle from Carrefour market - Saint-Michel @ Etterbeek, Brussels.

Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is sweet malt, toffee caramel, light alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet with a floral, aromatic, dry yeast, light hop bitter, light alcohol palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle at THT. Clear golden with white head. Lots of sweet grains and malts, soft spicy yeast, syrup, yeasty, light mineral. Medium sweet and soft bitterness. Medium bodied.

Bottle shared thanks to Benzai. Pours clear dark golden with a medium white head. Aroma of malt, dough, light wort and toffee. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. Clear golden color, medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, yeast, lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation.

1/VII/14 - 33cl bottle from ZBF 2014 (Leuven) @ Bouvier's place, football WC match Belgium-USA - BB: n/a (no date on cap, where it should have been) (2014-690)

Clear dark blond beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, some banana, yeasty, sweet, sugary, caramel, malty. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bit sweet, malty, lots of banana, hoppy, some citrus, hint of exotic fruits, grassy. Aftertaste: citrus, dry bitter hops, pretty fruity, peaches, sourish, a little off.
