Brewer Matt was busy 'spinning plates' on the first brew day of this collab with Charles Faram Hops at our brewery in Liverpool's Baltic Triangle. His brief was to highlight the finest English hops in a modern New England style and by St George he did it - it's hazy, it's hoppy, it's a true New English IPA.

108 plates spun is the current World Record. Hazy golden coloured, spun with quite creamy, subdued but appealing tasting tropical notes.

[44cl can from Home Bargains, Bracknell.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a fast fading white head; melon aroma; smooth in the mouth with a tropical fruit taste, sweet at first but cut through with some sharp grapefruit; then a citrus finish with a touch of lime juice. Very drinkable, and with well hidden alcohol.
