Lightly hazed, light-bright golden-yellow colour with a white cap, decent stay, leaving some small foamy lacing spots. Funky aromas of apple sweetness, a touch of wood and citrus. Some good Saison flavours with the citrus notes, yeast and added apples. A wet mouthfeel that is slightly on the thinner side, and with a tad dryness. Quite a nice, refreshing, bright Saison with a nice apple touch.

Hazy. Almost a green tea sort of note on the nose. A touch yeasty. Has a mild acidity and is slightly yeasty.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a nice rustic saison yeast character, crisp apple skins, and a touch of wood. Flavour has a nice combo of rustic saison yeast character, crisp apple skins, and light woodiness. Cohesive and relatively complex. Very good.

Bottle pour at Bottle Fest 2025. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Rustic saison yeast and some apple must on the nose. Flavour has musty apple skins, rustic saison yeast. Moderate carbonation; could be higher. Pretty solid.
