Super yeasty nose, lemon front, cool runnings. Bff birthday beer #2. Proper temperature (last one might have been a bit warm)

Okay saison, a bit dull on the edges, big on the soft farmhouse wheat notes but lacking much punch from either the mild kettle souring or the dry hopping. Still, as a straightforward saison it’s drinkable, the familiar banana-clove front mixing with grass and yeast and a firm floral bitterness. Pours a gorgeous gold with a massive, billowing white head and tons of lace. Lemon, yeast, and wheat on the nose. Perky farmhouse texture. Serviceable beer, I guess.

On tap at GABF. Pours a clear gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast and citrus. Medium body, citrus, clove, banana, wheat dry finish, good.

Tap @ Bucket Shop Cafe, Atlanta. Very hazy dirtier yellow with a thick frothy head. Hoppy with plenty of citrus aroma and in its taste too. It doesn’t have a high acidity or bitterness, but is more lemon meringue.

12 oz. can. Pours a hazy bronze color, with a big, bubbly, beige head. Aromas of tropical fruit, with a bit of musty funk, earthiness, and rye. Sweet and yeasty, with a smooth bitterness that lingers. Light body, grainy, spicy, and crisp. This is a pretty solid saison, and the hops add nice aroma.
