Not sweet, not juicy, not the typical apple pie cider. This super dry, tart, and crisp beverage was made by completely fermenting pure BC apple juice using the finest champagne yeast. Nothing else. No sugar added. No post-fermentation juice. The pale golden colour highlights the fine, effervescent champagne bubbles. The tart, fruity aroma prepares your tastebuds for the explosion of clean green apple flavours. This cider is made for those with a champagne taste on a cider budget!

Hazy and quite pale. Vague apple nose, touch of diacetyl. Odd stuff here. Light apple but sort of cheesiness, touch of butter. Effervescent but there are things wrong.

On tap at Lore, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Nose is muddled, with musty apple skins and earthiness—not very coherent. Flavour is jumbled, with some champagne yeast, earthiness, and a muddled apple skin character. Incoherent overall and not particularly drinkable. Not great.

On tap at Trial & Ale. Pours murky pale yellow with a white head. Sweaty nose; some musty apple skins. Flavour has apple skins, some champagne yeast, and dish detergent. Poor, muddled cider.
