To celebrate the brewery’s 13th anniversary, we are introducing a new lager! It has been brewed in the traditional way using Pilsner malt and Saaz Special hops. Expect a clean malt base, pleasant bitterness and a distinctive herbal finish.
For thirteen years, we have been exploring flavours and beer styles with you, and this year, we are celebrating in style! As always, we’ve come up with a trio of anniversary beers with transparent labels and names starting with ’13 Years Of’. As we are a Czech brewery, we couldn’t miss out on a lager for lovers of the classics. ’13 Years of Tradition’ is an authentic Czech pale lager, primarily made with Pilsner malt and hopped with the contemporary Czech variety Saaz Special. It has a pleasant bitter taste and an herbal aroma with subtle spicy notes that complement the full, clean malt body. This lager celebrates tradition: Czech craftsmanship, honest recipes, and the passage of time with each batch. Thank you for being with us.

Canned 500ml. -at Projekt Ljubljana, shared with Hrabren. Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, herbal and light grainy nose. Grainy, herbal, bit bready and light grassy with dry bitter finish.

0.5 l can shared with Ogi at :Projekt, Ljubljana. Clear golden, medium frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, soft touch of corn. Herbal and grassy hoppy aroma, nice Saaz profile. Nearly clean. Flavour is malty, bready with a moderate bitter profile. Good balance. Light body, drinkable, slightly creamy, moderate bitterness, lasting bitter finish.

Pale golden color with high white head.
Aroma: malty, bready, lightly musty, strawy, herbacous.
Taste: malt, lightly musty, light diacetyl, straw, herbs.
Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate to high bitterness.
Honest, bitter, lightly eggy, pretty classic and tradional.

Tap at the Pivobus at the Zichovec Beer Fest with Gurthnar. Clear golden body, lively carbonation, lasting off-white head. Herbal, dry, grainy aroma, bit eggy and minerally. Some coconut as well in the other wise dry, bitter, herbal taste, with a lasting herbal bitter finish. Tasty, but not moreish.

A lager. A good one. A bit on the thin side, a bit grainy, but not astringent. Nicely bitter, classic.
