We brewed this double IPA with the wonderful folks at Bellwoods Brewery, after a challenge was given to make the same beer…. but different! We used Mosaic, Cashmere, and Galaxy, and independently added our own special flair to the shared recipe. The resulting big & bold yet soft-bodied ale is highly aromatic, with notes of mango, citrus zest, melon, and tropical punch. And by adding a touch of sweetness to balance the boatload of tropical hops used in the crafting of this brew, we’ve whipped up a devilishly good can of beer. Hail Sauce!
