Hand pulled half pint in the Royal William IV, Lincoln on 28th November 2025. Clean and clear pale golden body, snow white head. Citrus nose and taste, Simcoe hops doing their thing from start to finish, so fairly bitter as well.

The World's oldest-known brewery was discovered on this day in 2018 in Israel. Clear golden with a head. Watery-hoppy, but the hops provide a sweet-fruitiness that have appealing exotic notes. Slightly sticky taste.
