Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: mahogany/amber color with a thin white foamy head
Aroma: toasted nuts, caramel/toffee malts, some dark bread
Flavor: semi-sweet with bready to nutty tones, brisk nutty aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, nutty to caramel finish
Overall: I'd say a pretty nicely done amber ale worthy of coming back to.

Canned 3/28/25, from cooler at Nan's Stow, drunk 9/15/25.
Clear, burnished amber with a small, creamy, butter/beige head.
Buttery, toasty, caramelly medium malts have a good amount of base malt sweetening the deal. Fruity yeast and fruity hops with clean well water/mineral character.
Good malt depth with lots of toasted sourdough coming through the middle and creating a moderate acidity on the finish that balances the honey and white bread from the base malt nicely. About as prototypical American amber ale as it gets, but it's polished and balanced and done very well on all accounts.
