Každý rok vybereme ty drsnější a výraznější barely po bourbonu a využijeme je k přidání obrovského množství čerstvě upraženého kokosu, který jejich chuť zjemní a vybalancujeme. Použili jsme blend dvou a tři let sudově stařených stoutů.

Each year, we select the rougher and bolder bourbon barrels and them to add an enormous amount of freshly roasted coconut to mellow and balance their flavor. We used a blend of two and three-years barrel-aged stouts for this one.
