With a somewhat fresher palate, a couple weeks back, 8.9.2025, on tap at Sedm°. Full body, light carbo. High sweetness, med-high bitterness, med-light soft warmth. Loads of chocolate, toffee. High maple syrup, medium nutty. Very rich, decadent. Medium rum, light woody, tannins. Great. 9,0.
