Slightly hazy yellow gold with a white head. Aroma is floral and herbal, a little citrus. Taste is also predominantly floral and herbal notes, with a dash of citrus and hint of earthiness, moderate bitterness. Light-medium bodied.

17/7/2026. Bottle from Papyon Tobacco Alkol Shop, Antalya, Türkiye. Enjoyed 20/7/2026 at La Maja Hotel on the balcony. Good pour. A nicely done pils, floral, grassy, malty and citrusy. Medium sweet with moderate bitterness and a slight tart edge. Beats an EFES by a mile.

Bought in Carrefour in Istanbul after going to the Mini Legoland at the same shopping center. Drunk at home in Munich because I had a cold and couldn't drink beer the last days of the vacation. Unbeknownst to me the brewery is not even on Ratebeer, I hope these 6 beers are decent as they were almost 4 euro apiece in Turkey. Clear gold, very thin head. Looks tasty and smells crisp, almost minty, with citrus hints. Very nice on the tongue, a bit thicker mouthfeel/maltiness than Pils normally confers, but has smooth, present bitterness with a unique acidic & mint-like character. Polaris hops? Anyway an inspiring first brew from à santé brewery!
