2 month old pint can
A: Rich tawny gold with 1/2" of beige foam. Good retention and thick lacing.
S: Floral and citrus hops over woody malts with light caramel.
T: Bittersweet orange or tangerine citrus with a juicy tart fruit note giving way to a dry wood and caramel ending.
M: Medium light with average carbonation and thick mouthfeel.
O: Pretty good though I probably would not want more than 1 or 2.

Very hazy and bright almost pure straw yellow coloured body with a thinnish, but about a single centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of lemons, crisp cleanser notes and a bit of an astringency with cedar or oak type notes. Medium-bodied; Rich malts show here at first, but give way almost immediately to a perfumey and very crisp grassy hop bite that does have a good deal of alpha acid bitterness and less of the citrusey, fruity notes typically associated with the style. Aftertaste shows a good blend of malt and hops, especially in the finish with an easy-drinking profile, but balanced with some smooth, dry malt notes, and while there is a little bit of sweetness, it isn't cloying or potent, but easy-going and to the point. Overall, a pretty nice, relatively straight forward IPA, but to me this is much more closely aligned with a 'normal' East Coast style versus any New England variant, minus the unfiltered quality in the look. I sampled this pint on draught at Lady & Sons (restaurant) in Savannah, Georgia on 28-December-2021 with my family for US$7,00.

Can. Pours somewhat hazy yellow. Orange, grain, hint of chalk, plenty of citrus. Medium body. Decent.
