Maassluis Stadsbier is een Dutch Strong Ale. Koperblond, hoppig, doordrinkbaar, iets droog, in balans. De subtiele dosis honing geeft het extra body.

Gebrouwen met bij voorkeur Maassluise ingredienten wanneer mogelijk; de honing komt van vlak bij de Haven, een deel van de hop komt uit een volkstuin bij de Weverskade.

Tap @ NBFD. Pale amber color. White pepper and dried citrusfruit in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweet, vanilla.

Tap at Nederlandse Bieren Festival Delft. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts light grassy and buttery. Medium sweet and medium body. Soft carbonation.

Draft at Nederlands Bieren Festival, (Winter) Delft. Hazy orange with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, floral notes, tropical fruits, orange and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at NBFD. Hazy dark golden with nice off white head. Grapes, fudge, soft marzipan, bitter herbs and grass, soft peach. Medium sweet and quite bitter. Over medium bodied.

[ As Raven Bone Hill Maassluis Stadsbier ].Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, Belgium - Netherlands yeast, earty - nutty - honey, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, BE - NL yeast, pale malt, yeast, earty - nutty - honey. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150927]

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention - 2016 edition. Cheers! Pours hazy gold with a tight, frothy white head. The nose holds pale bread, grains, citrus rind. Moderately sweet with pale, bready malts. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sugary finish with some bready malts, minerals, orange peel. OK stuff overall.
