Bottle. Aroma is strong, banana, fruity, cherry, booze well hidden. Dry, wheaty, sweet, great stuff. Don't get much nori but that's good for me.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours hazy amber with a big off white head. Aroma of seaweed, salty veggies, light fruits and a little caramel. Flavour is light moderate sweet and heavy salty. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks zvsn. Cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma of fruitiness esters, seaweed, spicy phenols and caramel. Sweet flavor with caramel, fruit compote, seaweed and alcohol. Medium-bodied, quite boozy. Too alcoholic and the seaweed character is quite weird. Not my thing.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 064 - BB 300915, thanks Marduk, 29150703) The beer poured muddy orange coloured and cloudy. Its head was large and white. Aroma had ripe banana, dark fruits and peach. Palate was medium bodied with rather high carbonation. Flavours were malts, ripe bananas, grass, clove, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, a bit boozy and bitter. A rather nice brew but its drinkability could have been better. Too fizzy and warming.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, fruits, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

33cl bottle from Drink Shop, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy deep amber with a large, off-white head. Rather fruity and fairly malty aroma with notes of seaweed, bananas, spices, caramel and hints of alcohol. Fairly sweet with interesting flavours and a mild acidity. Tasty and quite unusual weizenbock. Alcohol is fairly noticeable, but otherwise it’s quite well balanced. Nice one.
