An exciting new triploid “finger print” replica bred from the famous Hallertau Mittlefruh variety. This is the newest of the Hallertau type triploids and is an aroma hop in the classic style.

A beer whilst watching the demise of Tottenham. The ale itself isn't as dramatic, a clear pale golden brew with a mid-hoppy character and taste.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 20th September 2025. Clear gold with shallow whitish foam and scant lacing. Light fruity aroma. Nutty malts and zesty citrus peel in-mouth, and a finish of grassy bitterness alongside citrus zest. Medium to full bodied with an engaging texture.
