Deze Westcoast Pilsner van 5,6% brengt je een mix van citrus, tropisch fruit, kruisbessen en een lichte hint van witte wijn – allemaal dankzij de combinatie van Chinook, Citra, Amarillo en Nelson Sauvin hoppen.

33cl Blik van De Bierkoning. Iets mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Druiven, witte wijn, limoenschil, licht moutig, tikje kunstmatig qua citrus maar best een prima fris bier. Lichte body.

Can shared, clear golden beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, hops, malt, caramel. Taste is the same, sweet, citrus, hops, caramel, malt. Nice

0.33 l can from 'Beyond Beer', best before July 2027. Almost clear, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, minimally resiny aroma of pineapple, gooseberry and hints of pine. Minimally sweet, gently bitter, quite fruity-floral and minimally resiny taste of pineapple, gooseberry, some grapefruit and hints of pine, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent, not overly westcoast-like though.
