500mL bottle, undated, from warm shelf, quite old, drunk 4/14/23. Clear deep honey-brass. Small, off-white head to ring quickly. Big brett nose with rosewater, lavender, almost a white wine-like character and no hops at this point. It's surprisingly not over-developed, though it's close. Malts seem strong, very honey-rich. Clean, no alcohol or flaw noted. Soft, comforting with dense malts adding graham cracker, honey, vanilla and balancing the floral, slightly spicy Brett character. Quite a bit of interesting stuff going on here, especially given the lack of adjuncts. They got a lot of complexity out of this Brett fermentation with pretty much zero unwanted notes. The big malt profile certainly helps here.

500mL capped bottle for $5 from Max's. How do they do it? Big ass, foamy, bubble bath head. Not a gusher at all either. Pale clear beer. Simply, its a pretty Brett beer and the hops they mention are not apparent to me. Just herbal and light with a mild bitter Brett finish. Lovely little beer for me.

500ml bottle thanks to Eric. Light golden body, small white bubbly head. Big yeasty aroma, brett, herbal, savory. Taste is also all about the brett, kind of funky, mild pucker.

Bottle while watching the Cubs in Game 7, holy cow! Clear bright yellow color, big fluffy white head. Aroma is dusty, peppery cobwebs and perfume. Taste is funky, dusty wet blanket dust. Very tasty.

650mL bottle, pours an opaque cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out stone fruits, some perfumey floral hops, and light funk. Flavour is more bretty, with medium funk, some dry hoppiness, and a touch of stone fruitiness. The funk lingers, with a dry finish. Solid stuff.

Cloudy and light tan. The aroma is a bit musty, but the palate has this sweet pale malt character, with some brett, and a slightly berryish character, again from brett.
