750mL bottled 6/4/2014, drunk 1/14/2023, thanks Willrunforbeer! Strong gushing, clear, deep bronze-maize-glowing copper. Buttery head to ring quickly. Smells like bready brett and soft, honey and bready malt. Some light acetic acid, moderate lactic acid. Rich honey and vanilla. No alcohol noted. Sweet, malty, rich, bready, heavy brett with cherry pie and heavy vanilla. Oaky wine with light acidity from grape. Very, very intense flavors and very rich but good acidity. Wow, this was back in the day when Night Shift was trying to make good beer, and mostly succeeding.

Draft at NoDa. Billed as a 2015 version, re-offered for NoDa’s fifth anniversary. Clear deep golden color. Nice aroma of vanilla and white grapes. Taste is soft and smooth sour summer fruit and apple cider. Delicious.

750 ml bottle thanks going to Willrunforbeer. Dated 6/4/ 2014!!! Busting out the old shit! Clear orange / Amber like hue, no head. Aroma is light oak, funky whit grapes, oak tannin.

The flavor profile is mild sour oak, weak vinegar in the center with a big oak finish. It has held up pretty well over time.

Good golden burnt orange wit h no head. Smells interesting. a lot of grape aroma with a small hint of butter. Holy sour beer, a little vinegar, bread-like why the district grape, peach and kiwi sourness. oaky finish. it’s decent but just too sour for me.
