On n’avait pas connu ça depuis un bail chez les cochons, 4 houblons différents pour un tutti fruitti d’enfer ! On retrouve l’exotisme (ananas/kiwi/passion), les agrumes (citron/kumquat/orange) et une composante herbacée qui créent une puissance et une compléxité aromatique impressionante. La bouche est fraiche, acidulée et fruitée à souhait. La finale longue et amère. Y a bon, mon cochon !

Cloudy pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very dank, juicy, lots of tropical fruits, marijuana, a bit grassy, very floral, almost soapy, pretty dank. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: hoppy, nice bitterness, lots of citrus notes, grapefruit, a bit zesty, passion fruits, soft acidity, marijuana, lovely beer! Aftertaste: very dank, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, a bit sweet, very nice, zesty, hoppy, a bit resinous, nice one!
