Light, mildly bitter, subtly sweet and inspired by the easy-drinking ales of northern Europe. This beer showcases a great marriage of traditional hops, fruit-forward yeast, and crispy grains. The perfect all day beer!

Clear beige blond beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, sweet impression, a bit fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty start, a bit sweet, grains, caramel touch, some dry grassy bitterness. Aftertaste: malty, grains, hay, some caramel, hoppy, pleasant, easy drinking beer.
