A: hazy yellow, stable, foamy, white head.
A: grapefruit, orange juice, mandarin peel, peach, jam, rosemary.
T: sour mandarin & apricot, bitter grapefruit, sourdough.
F: bitter herbal hops, grapefruit & citrus zest.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Delivers a nice balance between funky and bitter.

17/V/25 - on tap @ DOK Brewing, Hal 16 (Gent), BB: n/a (2025-490)

Clear pale yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, cow fodder, a bit lemony, a little floral, zesty, citrus notes, dusty impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lots of citrus, bitter touch, zesty, grapefruit, acidic touch, fruity, oranges. Aftertaste: bitter, grapefruit, some grapefruit peel, a little medicinal, dry finish, a bit acidic, ok beer.
