On tap at Green Flash, Mira Mesa. Hazy golden with a white head. On the sweet side with tangerine, citrus, some malt and hints of caramel. Kind of easy to drink with a medium bitter finish.

Bottle shared at Murphy’s Law. Near clear golden orange with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops, malt, citrus, tangerine. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo, as part of my Advent Calendar. Hazy amber colour, with a white head. Aroma has tangerine bitter pith. Taste light citrus sweet to long and bitter finish.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours hazy amber, large white head. Aroma is of a freshly broken tangerine skin. Taste bears more of this, although seems overshadowed by a lot of simcoe, citra and caramel notes. Ok but a bit harsh and overly flavoursome.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; cloudy golden amber pour with a thin off white head, aroma has distinctive tangerine and some hints of caramel, taste has mostly tangerine, hint of grapefruit, watery malts, a bit fake and forced in the tangerine direction.

Bottled at Svenska Hamburgarköket, Hägersten. Hazy deep golden, rich head. Distinct tangerine aroma with some papaya. Sweet with solid body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and piney with mango and tangerine. Piney resiny finish.

Slightly hazy golden and orange coloured body with a very thin off-white head that fades relatively quickly. Aroma of yes, citrus, some graham crackers, a bit of yeast and some noticeable malt flavours. Medium-bodied; Strong citrus, orange and malt flavours at first that show some nice complexity and an easy-drinking beer that slowly changes to a bit more assertive with the hop bitterness and finishes a well-balanced citrus-centric beer with a good deal of orange fruit flavours and hybrid or new-world hops. Aftertaste is nice and structured with a good hop flavour and nice malt backbone with good sweetness from the fruit and a light bitterness from both the acidic citrus and the hop varities. Overall, a nice beer that shows well, especially in summer, but as a well-balanced fruit-centric IPA. I sampled this stubby twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Gainesville, Virginia on 14-May-2016 for US$1,95 sampled at home in Washington on 14-September-2016.
