Queenstown Bay seems to offer every imaginable landscape across its panoramic view. Looking over your shoulder, a wave of green trees climbs into the hill's rocky outcroppings while the glow of a small city sits in its lap like a lantern. Turning our head to the right, boats of all sizes knock against their moorings and fish dart in the cerulean blue waters fit for the tropics. As your gaze traverses the expanse of the ocean, it falls upon snow-covered peaks rising above the clouds like the crest of a wave.

Queenstown Bay is a New Zealand Pilsner with a novel blend of hand-selected hops. Pouring a straw yellow color, a strata of sticky lacing coats the glass from a vigorous pour. Nelson, Rakau, and Nectaron blend together creating notes of white grape, lime zest, mango juice, and red plum. These aromas sit over a crisp body with a snappy finish befitting of a modern Pilsner. We hope you enjoy this beer while contemplating all the adventures that lie ahead.

Half pour split with ClarkVV in Tewksbury. Cloudy, bright yellow, decent head with good retention and soapy lacing. Aroma is strong citrus and berry, fruit salad over Pilsner malt. Taste is strong Pilsner malt, mild herb, light fruit. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and dry, crisp finish as taste. Like the aroma more than the flavor.

Tewks side pour with tfontana, 11/15/25, as pictured.
Smells fruity and big mineral. Gummy fruits and white grape are soft yet very aromatic. Lean malts show drier honey and biscuit. Soft chalk and mineral but not blanding.
A touch of herb in the mouth with lemon and thyme. Peppery with cracker and biscuit. Zero sweetness but not thin. Cracker and herb galore. Maybe this has continued to ferment in the keg since it's been on draught for a long time.

Little hoppy and dry, yet as it warms, get a lovely tropical and clean finish. If this is what NZ pils are like in Kiwi country, I’ll be in the first flight out! 🇳🇿

Thanks 🌖 🐶
