Cask at the Standing Order. Fest tick 3. Pours clear yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light cereal and citrus. Taste is more of the same. Pleasant enough. Light bitter finish.

Cask at Square Bottle, Chester. Pours golden yellow with a medium sized foamy almost white head and excellent lacing. The aroma is mainly floral hops plus some lemongrass and herbs. In the mouth it is sweet and creamy but with a little underlying bitterness which gradually increases. Flavour s malts, floral hops and biscuits with traces of lime and spice coming later. Finish is quite dry. This is decent.

Wetherspoon 2025 Autumn Beer Festival. Ale#9 of 26 untried possibilities at the fest. Golden-blonde hoppy beer. Quite dry tasting, and a little bland for me. Easy texture though.

[Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell.] A straw coloured pour with a loose white head; soft malty aroma with some lemon and lime; citrus taste with a hint of coconut.
