This year we went with a 9% Double IPA base and dry hopped it at over 8lbs per bbl w/ Enigma, Superdelic, and Galaxy Spectrum. The result is a wildly hazy and pungent double IPA. Huge peach, tropical fruit punch, and ripe red fruit notes surge out of the glass and land on a pillowy soft body thats oh-so-easy to drink. Certinaly worthy of our 5th Anniversary celebration.
Available at open on 10/1 on draft and in cans.
Also, we have to give a huge shout out to @yeahmattwyatt for yet again creating the best can art we could imagine!

Can from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Opaque, milky banana smoothie, ring of head, trace lacing. Aroma is strong cooking herb, milder fruit salad. Taste is strong tangerine, citrus, hint of Smarties candies, bready malt, hint of herb. Smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Meaty. Taste bests aroma.

Undated can, released Oct 1st and picked up from the brewery by CLW. Thanks, Chris! Drunk 11/13/25.
Good deal of herb with lots of pineapple and soft citrus juice. Rich, but well-attenuated malts adding light honey, light biscuit, light white bread. No alcohol or sugar for its size. No resin.
Herbal, spicy, with a chewy, deep texture with good attenuation. Pineapple, wood, spice...but maybe a bit too much herb and approaching overripe pineapple twang. They absolutely nailed the texture, and attenuation and lack of alcohol or resin, but I'm just not in to these Galaxy hops these days. To be fair, this is a top tier IPA, every bit as good as any Galaxy IPA Tree House and Fidens puts out.

16 oz can. Aroma is mild pineapple and leafy green hop cones. Pineapple and mango-like hints come through upfront with a very subtle herb hop finish. A decent amount of juicy character. Easy drinking.
