12 ounce can from Appalachian Vintner, 6/3/23. Hazy orange, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon, leaves. Taste is grapefruit, pine, orange, melon. Crisp mild bitterness. Decent.

Solid IPA, with a grass-tinged cracker base and the usual Mosaic berry-citrus-bubblegum goodness. Could use some more hop vitriol on the back end, but very drinkable.

Rated last May - Gold pour, The aroma is of piney hops with some underlying citrus. The flavor is led by crisp, bitter hops with resin and citrus notes. Medium bodied. Nicely done.

Tap at Fire Fly, next to brewpub. Golden colour, good white head. Tropical fruity, citrusy nose. Light to medium-bodied. Tropical fruits, Mosaic gasoline and citrus in the flavour. Easy body. Fresh and tasty.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is a nice pungent bitter grapefruit hop with a minimal sweetness from the malt. Flavor is a bitter grapefruit rind hop with little to no malt presence. This is a pretty decent showcase of bittering hops. Maybe a bit too bitter but this beer reminds we why I love hops and what they can do to a beers overall flavor.
