PINE TROPICAL BALANCED
A bold yet balanced cask ale showcasing the punchy character of Chinook hops, this brew delivers classic West Coast notes of pine, grapefruit, and subtle spice. Backed by the fruit-forward complexity of Mosaic — bringing hints of tropical fruit and berry — it’s a layered hop profile that’s both rugged and refreshing. Fermented with clean, neutral US-05 yeast, the malt bill takes a supporting role, allowing the hops to shine through with clarity and vibrancy.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 3rd October 2025. Slightly hazy gold with dense yellowy white foam affording full lacing. Spiced citrus aroma. Citrus hoppiness in-mouth on a good malt base. Bitterness developing slowly in the finish. Engaging mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.
