La Flacatoune Rosée est une bière brassée dans la tradition « à la belge » de sa famille d’origine. Les petits fruits rouges ajoutés en fermentation lui confèrent le côté acidulé d’un sorbet savouré au soleil sur la plage. Une Flacatoune en mode « été ».

Lightly hazed, pinkish-red with particles floating around, a fizzy off-white-pink head that stays just a bit, and lacing is minimal. A beautiful fresh, fruity nose with the raspberries and haskaps. The taste shows the fruitiness of the berries, but seems milder, especially for a 6% ABV beer. Some light tart, sour notes and hints of Belgian yeast, candy sugars. Almost reminds me of a Berliner Weiss in the mouth, with the berries. Pretty good, but was expecting stronger flavours like their other Flacatoune brews.
