Moonstyle is an 8% Hazy DIPA we made in collaboration with our friends Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. It's brewed with oats and hopped with a plethora of Freestyle goodies including Peacharine, NZ Cascade and Maui Nelson Hop Kief. This beer is a New Zealand hop show with juicy stone fruit and tropical fruit as well as a touch of strawberry bursting from your glass!

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) SF shared with Josh and Phill.
Aroma: hop burn, some onion.
Taste: along the same lines, juicy, and quite bitter.
Overall: ok, I wish it would not be this bitter.

Pale, opaque. Not much head. The aroma has some fruity notes. On the palate, it's better than the aroma, just a touch of hop burn, mild malt, and some pear/gooseberry sort of character from the nelson, and some grapefruit bitterness in the finish, along with a hit of alcohol.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 13/10/25.
Hazed orange yellow topped with a big old lasting frothy white head.
Nose is melon, orange zest, grass, grapefruit, light floral whisper.
Taste comprises mandarin, orange pith, grass, soft malts, grapefruit, melon.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with mellow light juice laden hop bitterness.
Okay easy drinking DIPA ... just a little pedestrian in its overall approach.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Crisp cooling pine. Boxy bitterness. Soft citrus. Decent hop spice. Light semi dry finish. Doesn't really do enough with the hops for me but, drinkable anyways.
