Barreling forth from the same French-oak-augmented blend of stout used in 2025 Vanilla Deth, this super-accessible rendition features Mexican cocoa nibs from our buds at Sleepwalk (by Dark Matter Coffee). With so much of the vanilla character coming from oak rather than just hand-split beans, you’ll need to allow the beer to achieve cellar temperature before the full breadth of aromatics presents itself. Far from any sort of adjunct bomb, a patient drinker will be rewarded with a dynamic sipping experience hitting on a wide range of familiar and comforting flavors and aromas as it warms - never letting any one dominate.

Tiny taster still had a big Tootsie Roll nose. Solid black, yet brown highlights.
Thick mother's work a burst of chocolate and vanilla, and a bit of bourbon, or maybe that's just oak? Have to check, but this may indeed just be Oaked. Not as much of a motor oil feel, but still plenty thick and chewy.
