Salmon colour, brett. Good body, light berry, good balance. Solid Fair Isle saison.

Super funky nose, delicious Brett and dank notes, wtf this is 3% abv?! So much flavor! Rosé barrel aged is on point! Peak drink ability, hint of tartness, all day drinking vibes.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a clear pale pinkish copper with a small white head. Aroma is very laid-back, with soft wine barrel, rustic notes, and a touch of cherries. Flavour is very laid-back, with a touch of soft cherry skins, gentle vinous character, and rustic notes. Too much second-use character for there to be much to love here but it’s fairly well-done what it is.

On tap at Fair Isle. Pours clear orange-gold with a white head. Peppery saison yeast, cracker malts, and gentle rosé must on the nose. Flavour is quite dry with some musty rosé notes and rustic peppery yeast. Simple, but nicely done.
