Purple brown colour, slightly acetic, malt note, light tartness. The acetic note makes this less effective for me.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a clear dark burgundy with a small off-white head. Aroma has a nice red wine grape skin character, soft mustiness, and a hint of rustic character. Flavour has a nice red wine tannin character, gentle oak, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of wild character. Tannic, musty, and oaky finish. The menu says 3%, but the entry on UT says 7.8% -- regardless, this packs a surprising amount of depth. Real good.

On tap at Fair Isle. Pours clear ruby with a light pink head. Light peppery saison yeast and deep musty cherries on the nose. Flavour has juicy deep red cherries, earthy must, and a clean rustic yeast profile. Great, complex profile; surprisingly deep for the ABV.
Fantastic grape pomace funk and flavor. Thick jamminess but also light body and finish, super drinkable funk as always.
