Can. Unclear golden color with white head. Nice piney hops, powdered sugar, good punch. Taste is the same, nice bitterness, old school IPA. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid!

Can (5/23/22) pour from 1897 Market, Charlotte airport. Appearance is cloudy light brown-dark yellow with finger-width off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is mild citrus and malt. Taste is mild citrus and pine. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, pretty average; hamstrung by two C hops. Embracing hop flavor over bitterness, to be sure, so more NEIPA than West Coast but calling it East Coast IPA would suggest more fruity, though this is more conventional.

16 oz. shared by tfontana. Nose has malt, apricot and some yeast. Flavor has some herbal tones with malt. This is what you call a east coast IPA? Maybe you folks need to take a trip to New England?

A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, superb classic biscuit malt with loads of resinous piney floral hops, light clovers, grassy and pungent. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with loads of resinous citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, pleasant and balanced. On tap at brewery.
