Brewery draught, 10/4/25.
Mostly clear, deep, muted brass. Small, white head.
Rich malt with honey, bread, biscuit and just a pinch of peppery smoke phenol. Clean.
Very malty and "thick". Could use a touch more attenuation, perhaps, though it isn't sweet or sticky. It's also minimally smokey with more hop character than smoke. Bread, biscuit, dough, black pepper...
