Brewery draught, 10/4/25.
Brassy-coppery golden. Clear. Small, white head.
Earthy and dusty with some light caramel and moderate toast. Clean, if maybe a bit of butter from the yeast?
Malty and chewy with the brewery's typical "thick" but not too sweet texture. Some sweet caramel, with pepper, earth, butter and a dusty, old hop character. Seems pretty legit for a weird, old style English ale.
