Poured from a 750 ml bottle.
Aroma is nice with light bready grain notes, some SARA funk with notes of apricot, lemon, and a touch of floral notes. Light oak notes with a hint of herbal, grassy hops. Light alcohol notes.
Pours a slightly hazy, golden color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and faint legs.
Flavor has a hint of acidity and a light sweetness with light bready grain notes. Medium light bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light floral and herbal, grassy hop notes. Moderate notes of lemon, apricot grapes. Light oak notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid BA Belgian blonde. Really nice fermentation characteristics with good fruity notes and some floral character as well. The hop and barrel notes compliment the beer nicely.
