Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice funk with grass, grains, light fruits and a bit of oak supporting. Flavor has some tart light tart fruits and apple with funk, grass, and a nice funk backbone.

Bottle shared NYC - thanks to Sander. Pours unclear orange-gold with a slim, creamy white head. Doughy wheat bread in the nose, honey, white grapes. Medium sweet flavour with sugary wheat, more honey, light caramel, dough, meringue. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with faint lemony tang, some herbal notes, citrus peel, more white grape, doughy wheat bread. Not bad overall.

750ml bottle thanks to Rick. Hazy golden pour is capped off with a small white head. Picking up some German weisse notes, a little banana, a little clove, which then blends into the yeasty, saison aromas. Taste is sweet, again some weizen flavors, then switching over to Belgian yeast, with some herbal and savory notes. A bit heady and strong for a saison, but tasty.

750ml bottle pours out a cloudy golden topped with a white head. Nose is big sweet toffee barrel and some light belg yeast. Taste is more of the heavy sweetness spice wine barrel notes and a little heat.

Yay, a new dany rate! 75cl. Stored upright in the fridge for two months. Murky burnt orange. Two finger cream head. The aroma is distinctly fantome with pepper and spice. Flavor is actually very malty with lemon skin, sugar, wheat and clove. It’s more close to a DuPont saison than a fantome. It’s good. Drinkable, perhaps a little too sweet.
