We are excited to announce the debut of 5 new Double Vanilla Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts brewed special for Anniversary Week! We began with the same base beer for each of these releases before adding a double addition of a vanilla variety to celebrate their unique flavor profiles!
For the base beer, we aged our Vibes Recipe in Willett 4-year bourbon barrels for 20 months before adding a "double" amount of vanilla, an initial amount in the barrel for a small aging, and then the remaining in the bottling tank for a fresh expression to give us the deepest vanilla experience possible. Vanilla varieties include, Congo, Hawaii, India, Indonesian and a Grand Cru blend for this year’s releases!

Bottle at home as a good beer to enjoy before going to another land of likely no good beer. Black pour with no head. Huge vanilla and bourbon aroma. The booze is hidden and doesn’t come out until you drink it, when you get this lovely boozy bourbon warmth along with a lovely thick oily texture. Damn good.
