Collaboration between Collective Arts and Blood Brothers. Yakima Chief Nelson Sauvin Hops x3: T90 Pellets, Cryo, Hyperboost

Forged in collaboration with Toronto’s Blood Brothers Brewing, Art & Blood is a 6.5% ABV IPA that cuts deep with flavour. Brewed with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops, alongside CRYO and Hyperboost hops, it delivers a sharp strike of white grape, gooseberry, and tropical fruit layered over a smooth, balanced body. Bold yet precise, this is an IPA born of intensity, creativity and the bond of blood brothers.

Hazy, golden colour with an amber hue, a frothy white head, good stay and some good foamy lacing. A few particles floating around. Getting fruity sweetness at first with pineapple and stone fruits. Then, orange juice kicks in to blend things. This continues in the taste, but not as sweet as the nose - with citrus zestiness that cuts this. A juicy mouthfeel, not too thick - kind of medium bodied with just enough light dryness in the end. Not getting much of the Nelson Sauvin white grapes. Might be overrun by the Cryo and Hyperboost hops. Still, a pretty juicy and refreshing NEIPA with great drinkability.

Hazy yellow, large white head. Light darkness, citrus zest, and melon. Good mouth feel, lovely carb, medium to high bitterness. Big bright zesty citrus finish, with a tropical kick, and dank pine notes.

A hazed milky orange ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Cheshire Cat.
