Brewed with floor-malted German barley, fermented with monastic lager yeast, and hopped with Cryo-Mosaic and Cryo-Citra hops. The best of both worlds!

Looks great. Rich honey-golden, clear with a dense, large, white head that is well-retained.
Juicy citra adding more on the tropical side; papaya, mango, etc...with a pinch of white grape coming from somewhere. Light mineral, light spice. Rich, but seemingly well-attenuated, honey-like malts with a touch of bread. Quite inviting aroma.
Richness continues through the flavor with a big white grape character with hints of stone fruit and kumquat. Deep malts are well-attenuated. Lightly peppery, lightly bitter finish. Could use a touch more bitterness, maybe? There is some sourdough-like character to the malt that helps keep it dry and balanced, though.
