(Draft at La Tana, Brussels, 17 Sep 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Hoppy, malty nose with citrus, grass, herbs and white bread. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, citrus, herbs, tropical fruit and a mild citric/herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing lager, with a fresh, modern hop character. Very nice.

Draft @ La Tana. Quand Lambrate Berlin (du moins son bar berlinois) fait une collab pils italienne avec Fuerst.
Dorée sur un léger voile pâle, col blanc crémeux bien tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet frais fleuri délicat avec un léger appui citronné laissant auguré des notes de feuilles de kafir avec une petite pointe de bubble gum en rétro-nasla et un support léger de malt pils.
Palais sur une touche florale avec qcq éléments surets, bourgeon de jasmin, léger citronné. Bonne sécheresse en fin de bouche, fleur d'oranger et combava.
