An experiment in changing the definition of what beer can be. A single mature barrel was selectec for its complexity and layers of flavour. It was sent or to 100kg of whole cluster gamay grapes that underwent carbonic maceration for eight davs and were crushed manually in the barrel
After conditioning on the grapes for three months this wonderfu liquid was bottled straight from the barrel without addea sugar tor oottle conditioning. This means it intentionally has almost a carbonation. Please enjoy at cellar temperature In a stemmed glass.

750ml @ Ryan's shared with Farees, Josh (thx for the beer!), and Alex.
Aroma: pretty acidic with noticeable grapes notes, so much of vinegar 😬😑
Taste: low carbonation, low to moderately acidic, woody, some grapes.
Overall: meh.

Pours flat. The colour is like the picture. It's a clear glass bottle. Really vinous aroma. Light acidity, flat carbonation, somewhat oily. The grapes still come through well, but there's still some acetic notes.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2019 vintage). Hazed orangey red with no head, leaves brownish red residue in the clear glass bottle. Acetic (but at a lower, more tolerable level than most early Temporals), soft Gamay grape skin underlay, feint berry and cherry notes. Decent long sipper.
