We called this cyder Imperial in honour of our forefather JB Chevallier's success at the Imperial Fruit Show in 1921. Every year we craft a special vintage.
Golden in colour, Imperial has a rounded rich aroma and a tantalising flavour which is enhanced by the traditional bittersweet apples from a single year's crop.

500 ml brown bottle, 2011 vintage, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8.2%. Deep golden colour, pours sparkling with a low and short-lived white head. Strong aroma of cider apples, oak and sulphites. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Crisp and medium dry flavour of bittersweet cider apples, notes of oak, hints of sulphites. Not bad at all.
