#1 IPA series
A series exploring everything hops; varieties, products, techniques and combinations. Fermented with a California ale yeast - and a simple malt profile - hops are in focus and totally saturated.
Saturation point #1 uses Yakima chief Dynaboost with a dip hop method in the fermenter, along with Strata Cryo, Citra and Nelson Sauvin T90.

Canned 19/9/25. Just misted amber with a near white head. Aroma of kumquat, dank fruit, sticky breadcrust, pine. A fair bit of caramel but only moderately sweet with tenor register citrus, some tropical fruit, brooding pine, nagging bitterness that builds. Feels bigger than 7%. Pretty good.
